Default Collectors Edition Head Set Problem

I have recently bought the Guild Wars Collectors Edition Box Set and found that the head set that comes with it is way too small for the average person and they are not adjustable. I have sent the guild wars tech support this problem to see if they would be releasing a bigger version of them or possibly an adjustable one. There response states that I should post this issue in the forums to see how many people are affected by this. Thanks for any of your responses to this issue.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am wondering if there will be a re-issue of different sizes of the headphones that came with the collector’s edition. The one that come in the box are way to small for me to use and are not adjustable. They seem to not fit the majority of the people I know who play this game.

Hello ####,
At this time, there are no plans to release the headphones included in out Collector's Edition in different sizes. If this is something you believe is affecting a large number of people, we encourage you to consider posting your suggestions on one of many of the Guild Wars Fansite message boards. A compiled list can be found here (http://guildwars.com/community/default.html). By posting on one of these message boards, other players can comment on your concerns, and Development Team members are able to catch up on what the community wants to see in Guild Wars. Fansite forums make it easy and efficient for us to learn from those playing the game.

Thank you for your efforts in assisting us to create the best gaming experience possible.

Regards,
The Guild Wars Support Team

The headphones are meant to wrap around the back of your head, even as low as your neck. They don't go over the top of your head. You knew that part, right? Otherwise I'm not sure what to say. I have a pretty huge melon and they fit me just fine, in fact, they could even be a little smaller.

Hmmm, I hope something can be done if you can't get them to fit right.

Im laughing my asz off right now cause thats probably exactly it. Unless you have a freakishly big neak and wide head it pretty much will fit any members of teh human race above 8 yrs old.

I only have one problem with those headphones... the cord is too friggin big XP
I have a bunch of it still wraped and tied, and because of that, a lot of the weight is pulling down on the rleft headphone, and hurting my left ear after a little while.

What the hell are you talking about? When I put them on, I have a good deal of space left.

EDIT: Directed to the topic creator.

The only problem I have with the headset is that after extended use, the plastic that goes over your ears kinda starts to dig in to your skin. I'm planning on make-shifting myself some form of padding.
